14+ modulesTwelve industry versions
One ERP. Built again for your industry.
Fourteen-plus core modules - and twelve industry versions in which those modules arrive already shaped for how your sector actually works. You still start with one module. It just starts closer to right.

- The demonstration was impressive, and none of it looked like your business.
- Nobody can say what stock is worth without counting it.
- The last ERP quotation you received priced a two-year programme you could not start.
Industries
Twelve versions. Same core, different assumptions.
An ERP is mostly assumptions - about what a unit is, when a cost becomes real, and who has to approve it. Ours are set for your sector before you ever see it, so the first demonstration already looks like your business.

Directive 1142/2026 / Ministry of Revenues
Every EBO ERP arrives with electronic invoicing integrated.
The Ministry of Revenues requires sales to be registered electronically under Directive 1142/2026. You do not buy that separately and you do not integrate it yourself: the EBO Electronic Invoice Registration Management System comes with the ERP, so an invoice raised in the ledger is registered as it is issued.
EBO's Electronic Invoice Registration Management System is built to Directive 1142/2026. Licensing with the Ministry of Revenues and INSA is pending, and we publish the details the day they are issued.
What curated means
Not a different product. A different starting position.
There is one EBO ERP. What changes by industry is how its modules are configured on the day it is handed to you - which is the difference between a system you adopt and a system you spend a year arguing with.
- 01One core
The same fourteen-plus modules, the same ledger, the same upgrade path for every client.
- 02Your industry version
Units, cost points, approvals and reports set to how your sector works.
- 03Your configuration
Then shaped to you - your chart of accounts, your approval limits, your structure.
- 04Built where it stops
And where configuration genuinely cannot reach, we develop. Ordinary work here.
One consequence worth knowing: an industry version is not a fork. You are on the same product as every other client, so you get the same updates on the same day.
The core modules
Fourteen-plus modules. Every one of them stands alone.
This is the core, and it is identical in every industry version. An industry changes how these behave, never whether you get them. Grouped by what they are for rather than alphabetically, because nobody has ever gone looking for the module that begins with A.

How to start
With one module. That is the method, not a compromise.
There is no package you have to buy into and no minimum you have to reach. You start where it hurts, prove it, and add the next thing when you are ready for it.
- 01Pick the process that hurts
Usually payroll, the ledger or stock. We will tell you which if you are unsure.
- 02Go live on that one
Configured, migrated, run in parallel until the figures agree.
- 03Add the next module
Discounted automatically against its stand-alone price.
- 04And the next
Each addition discounted more deeply than the one before it.
- 05One system
Whenever you get there. Never more expensive than buying it all on day one.
Certified training for the people who will use each module is included in the implementation - including modules you add later. EBO Academy ↗
Accounting
Everything you expect from standard accounting software. And the parts it never had to think about.
If your accountant knows Peachtree or something like it, they will recognise all of this on the first afternoon: the chart of accounts, journals, receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, the trial balance, the month-end close, and reports in the shape an auditor expects.
What they will not recognise is the rest of it:
- Several people at once, by default - not one machine everybody queues for.
- Several branches, one set of books. Consolidated, or read one branch at a time.
- Connected to the counter, so sales post as they happen and register fiscally at the same moment.
- Kept current as the rules change, inside your subscription.
Your history comes with you
Chart of accounts, opening balances, customers, suppliers, items and transaction history are extracted, mapped and cleaned, then run in parallel with your existing system until the two agree. You go live when the figures already match - not on a date somebody picked.
Better together
Stand alone, or dock onto one data core
EBO ERP runs on its own. So does the counter, and so does registration. Joined, one action at the till registers the sale, moves the stock, posts to the ledger and updates the customer - once.
One sale, with the products joined
- 01Sale at the counter
On a till built for that trade.
EBO POS - 02Registered
Signed and sequenced as it happens.
EBO Invoicing - 03Stock moves
Valuation you can defend.
EBO ERP / Inventory - 04Posted to the ledger
One entry, made once.
EBO ERP / Accounting - 05Customer updated
The account behind the invoice.
EBO CRM
Each system runs perfectly well on its own. Docked, one action at the counter registers the sale, moves the stock, posts to the ledger and updates the customer.
Adding any of them later is discounted automatically, and the discount deepens with each addition - extra ERP modules included. See the bundles.
Break Free - transition offer
Already subscribed to somebody else?
Being locked in should not be the reason you stay. If you are paying a subscription for accounting or business software from another provider, we make leaving it the cheapest part of the decision.
Recognising what you have already spent on the system you are leaving.
So you are not funding two systems at once in a single month.
Run ours against your own work before you commit to anything.
Extracted, cleaned, run in parallel until the numbers agree. We do it, not you.
Bundles
Start here. Add what you need.
Tiers are counted from EBO ERP. Every addition is discounted automatically, and each one more deeply than the last.
EBO Bridge
The books, joined to one more thing.
Choose from: EBO Invoicing / EBO POS / EBO CRM
EBO Spine
Counter, record and ledger on one core.
Choose from: EBO Invoicing / EBO POS / EBO CRM
EBO Full Circle
Enquiry to registered sale, and back again.
All four, together.
Depth: additions inside a product count too
An extra ERP module, or another trade version of the POS, is an addition like any other - and is discounted the same way.
EBO ERP (Accounting) + EBO POS + EBO Invoicing + EBO ERP (Payroll)
Tier two, and one module deeper. The price depends on what you end up running, not the order you bought it in.

Before you sign
Twelve things to demand of the system holding your ledger
This is the system your auditor will read and your payroll will depend on. These are the questions worth asking before it holds either.
01Room for years of ledger
Postings, stock movements and payroll history kept and reportable, not trimmed to fit.
02Backed up, and restorable
Encrypted, copied daily, kept separately and tested by restoring - because a ledger cannot be re-keyed.
03Cloud, or your infrastructure
Whichever your policy, your board or your funder requires. Moving later is a project we run.
04Users set to your finance team
Licence the people you have, not the headcount a package assumes you will grow into.
05Statutory changes included
Rule changes arrive as updates within your subscription, not as a new purchase in a bad month.
06Support from the people who built it
The team that ran your implementation answers the phone afterwards.
07Usable by the people who must use it
A payroll officer should not need a consultant to run a period.
08Training with every module
Certified, role-based, and included with each module you implement - including ones added later.
09Fast at month end
The close is where an ERP is really judged. Days, not weeks.
10Talks to your bank and your counter
Documented interfaces to your till, your registration, your bank files and your reporting.
11Local rules, global structure
Ethiopian statutory reporting on the architecture enterprise systems use worldwide.
12Your chart of accounts, your limits
Configured to your structure and approval rules, with development where configuration stops.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is the industry version a different product?
No. There is one EBO ERP and one upgrade path. An industry version is how the core modules are configured on the day it reaches you - units, cost points, approvals and reports set to how your sector works. You get the same updates on the same day as every other client.
What if our industry is not on the list?
Most are a variant of one that is, and we will tell you which rather than selling you a version that nearly fits. Where yours genuinely is not, building it is ordinary work: custom development is one of the five things this company does.
We are in two industries at once. What then?
Common, and not a problem - a distributor that also manufactures, or a hotel that farms. We start from the version where most of your complexity lives and configure the rest onto it. Tell us both and we will say which we would start from.
Can we take one module only?
Yes. Every module stands alone, and starting with one is the method rather than a compromise. Most clients begin with the process that hurts most - usually Accounting, Payroll or Inventory - and add from there.
Is this as capable as the accounting software we already use?
Everything you expect from established accounting software is here: chart of accounts, journals, receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, trial balance, month-end close and audit-ready reporting. What is added is multi-user and multi-branch by default, Amharic and English per user, a direct connection to your till and to fiscal registration, and support from the people who installed it. The full comparison is above.
How long does one module take to go live?
Typically weeks rather than months, and most of that time is migration and the parallel run rather than configuration. You go live when your figures agree with your existing system, not when a date arrives.
Does it cost more to grow into it than to buy it all at once?
No, and that is deliberate. Every module you add is discounted automatically against its stand-alone price, and each further addition is discounted more deeply. A client who reaches the same set over three years is never worse off than one who bought it on day one. See how it works.
Does it stop at the end of the day?
No. Nothing has to be closed before work continues, so a distributor loading trucks at four in the morning or a plant running three shifts is entering into the same live system as the day team. Accounting periods are closed when you decide to close them, not by a clock.
Does it work with our current POS?
Sometimes, depending on what it can hand over. It works best with EBO POS, which posts sales directly rather than through a nightly summary - and where fiscal registration is required, the three together are sold as EBO Backbone.
Is EBO CRM the same as the CRM module in EBO ERP?
Related, not identical, and we would rather say so plainly. The Sales, CRM & Customer Service module inside the ERP covers contacts, quotations, orders and service cases for companies whose revenue mostly arrives through the ordinary sales process. EBO CRM is the fuller product, with a separate tender pipeline, deeper role-based visibility and a partner channel - for firms whose revenue is won rather than received. If you are not sure which you need, tell us how you get business and we will say which one we would sell you.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. Cloud or on-premise, the same modules and the same upgrade path, and moving between them later is a project we run.
How many users can we have?
Set to your need. Licence the people who use it, add more when you hire, release them when you do not. You are not buying a package sized for a company you are not yet.
Who owns our data?
You do, in both hosting arrangements. On request we provide a full export in an open format - not as a favour, and not only when you are leaving.
What does a grant-funded organisation get that others do not?
The Grants and Loans modules: donor and award structures, budget lines with restrictions, disbursement and burn tracking, and reporting shaped for funders rather than for internal management. Built for the audit that is coming, not the one that might.
Is training included?
Yes - certified, role-based training for the people who will actually use each module you implement, including modules added later. It runs through EBO Academy and ends in a verifiable certificate.
We are paying another provider. Can you help us leave?
Break Free is built for that: a discount recognising what you have already spent, instalments, a free trial period, and migration handled by us. See the offer.
